Jay, have Moff Disra assume command of the Imperial Security Bereau. I will give you the paradigm password for Lord Kaligula.

Admiral Poreon, assign commands to any naval personnel lacking them. Create a forum asking for anyone who is idle, then assign them a Captaincy to a starship, or, if necessary, a small task force under a fleet. Here is the new roster:
