- Served in the Herglic merchant marines before leaving Giju for good to join the Rebel alliance.
- Blue collar roots. She's comfortable around working joes.
- Has served on a half dozen Alliance starships before her posting to Jovan.
- Shares her race's proclivity to gambling and their fear of small spaces.
Raw Material
- Has an intense interest in penguins...for some reason.
- An unabashed optimist who rarely gets dispirited.
- Has a tendency to put off finishing projects that can always benefit from *a little bit extra*
- Occasionally doesn't realize the limitations of her size and/or strength.
- Misses her friends and family on Giju.
- On that note, she's increasingly doubtful she'll ever find a handsome fella Herglic beau.
- Smashball fanatic who goes out of her way to razz fans of other teams...it's all in good fun!
- Is an incurable gossip who can't help herself.
- Like all Herglics, Gradoona has no sense of smell.
- She has an incredibly nuanced sense of hearing, and can even locate small defects deep inside objects by pinging them hypersonically.
Plot Ideas
- Travels back to Giju and possibly questions her life choices.
- Becomes actively involved in trying to get two reluctant partners to hook up.
- Gets stuck in an access tube.
- Tinkers with the wrong project on the station and causes a lot of trouble.
- Loose penguins on the station.
Existing Relationships
- Anauri Rabeak - Chief Engineer: Gradoona's boss. She looks up to the "old man" for guidance and expertise but worries that he is annoyed by her.
- Kiimiti Taassaurra - Comms Officer: Their shared experience during the attack on Jovan has made the two women unlikely friends.
- Li Ho Fook - Bounty Hunter: She thinks the hard-talking Wah is cute and helped him fix his ship out of the kindness of her heart. She probably has no clue how he really feels.
- Kes Akiena - Commander: The senior officer on Jovan who Gradoona calls "The Big Guy", she looks up to Commander Akiena and makes sure that anything he asks for, she gives a little extra. For better or worse.
- Monmoo - Gambling shop owner: A portion of every paycheck Gradoona pulls goes toward the Gungan and his blob racing tables. She wins some, she loses some, but she's a regular there.
