I already got it. Its called a high school diploma
Luckily for me Calculus isn't a required class to graduate.
It was required for an advanced academic diploma.
After that...the only other time I've had to use calculus was in a business calculus course...and some in statistics. Its really not that bad
Maybe so, I just have a difficult time keeping myself awake in any math course. Which is one of the main reasons I don't do so hot in most of them.
I did very poorly in Algebra 2 and Precalculus...but was able to make A's and B's in Calculus, while slacking off heavily. I just don't see it as the same kind of stuff. Calculus is far easier than Algebra 2 and Precal, IMO.
I didn't take Algebra 2 this semester because I had to make up Geometry for failing it my Sophomore year. Should be taking it next year (my final year) along with English 4, then I'm out of dodge as far as required classes go.
English is a breeze for me, just kind of dread Algebra 2.
I had the worst teacher for Algebra II, Wes Fitz. Just obsessed with the SETI program and the japanese version of 'Barbie Girl'. Absolutely horrid.
Well, I think I failed my exam which means I'm not going to meet the entrance requirements for APEA which means that I won't be eligible for my courses at Carnegie.
I need a cookie.
Unfortunately, the only things I have are a cold Roma Chicken wrap, a diet vanilla coke, and half a bottle of whiskey. Its one of those days again.
