Alright, this something which I discussed with Lady Vader. A system for electing council members. This can be done one of two ways. One would be to ammend current nominated members to the already existing council - the other way would be to elect an entirely new council based both off the list of nominated TSO members, and current council members.

Please <a href=http://pub23.ezboard.com/fthesithorderdiscussionchamber.showMessage?topicID =490.topic>Click Here</a> to cast your vote on which system you would like to see put into effect for this council election. In the same thread, post which option you voted for and give a reason. This will insure us that there was no cheating, and any votes cast unacounted for will be ignored.

Once elected, the council would remain in effect for a period of 7 months (assuming they are not killed, or resign from their position). Once elected, every council member will have an opportunity to choose someone who will ascend to their seat should they die or be forced to take an extended leave of absence.

Please post to this thread with any ideas.
