The Strike comes out of hyperspace

    Continued from Mirror Mirror

*LW sees the ships still in orbit around Correllia. Good at least support was still around. She hoped LV was still on planet.*

TSO this is Live Wire requesting permission to land. I have retrieved baby Ariel and I've brought back...an old friend.

OOC: mirror mirror isnt done we're just slowing down that thread to rp it properly. Real Time waits for no RP saddly.

"...yes quite!" said Roebuck to one of his oficers, "Proceed to thoroughly scan the ship General Armovv!"

After giving his orders, Roebuck sat down, patiently waiting in one of the Correlia miltary installations several hundred feet underground, surveying the ongoing events carefully.

He watched as Live Wire's ship, The Lightning's Strike neared the atmosphere. Then sent a transmission to the blockade about Correlia.

"All orbiting ships this is Admiral Roebuck, hold your fire! Live Wire's ship is free to enter pour atmosphere."

He deactivated the comm-link, then turned to his chief security officer at TSO.

"Commander send a security squad to the hanger bay where that ship is going to land. I am curious to know who this "old friend" is!"

    "Right away sir!"

The ship headed for a large independant hanger bay and the security team were already rendevouzing there. Roebuck waited curiously.

The Oorru'Gurre'Gurre' and its trade flotilla escorted the incoming ship tightly, sending a squad of X-wings to fly along its course. They received notice from the planet to allow the ship to pass, but maintained close watch on the incoming ship.

*LW smiles sensing that the Cizerack are even keeping a close eye on her ship. Under normal circumstances she would have been mildly annoyed but with reccent events she was a tad paranoid and was glad for the extra security.

She looked over at Gav who was in the co-pilots seat still holding the sleeping baby ariel.*

I hope you're glad to be home....though its not exactly in the state that you left it.

*the strike entered the atmosphere and headed for its usual landing pad*

Re: The Strike comes out of hyperspace

The Strike swooped slowly into the open hanger, it's engines roared in a low pitch as it manouvered to the designated landing pad. It slowled to a stop just above pad, where it hovered whilst a large clamp swung in it's direction cautiously, soon it had a firm grasp on the ship and gently lowered it into place.

The engines roar reduced to a distant whine and eventually died away and all systems on the ship were shut down in proceedure. Shortly after, the ramp to the rear of the ship lowered whilst steam erupted from exhaust vents to either side of the ship, there was a snake-like hiss as the ships engines cooled and finally the ramp reached the ground with a clunk which went unnoticed throughout the chaotic hanger bay.

First of all, out stepped Live Wire carrying Ariel protectively against her breast, there was no way she was going to let that child out of her sight from now on. Her stride was solemn but it was obvious the Sith Mistress was exhausted after her journey and needed rest.

Moments after Live Wire left the ship appeared a second figure, one of roughly 5'9" in height and a broad frame which was outlined by only a flowing dark robing and hood drawn over his head. He evidently cared not for the soldiers who approached him requesting identification, instead his head remained lowered and his identity remained unknown but for some odd reason the troopers no longer pursued the man. They seemed to have lost all interest in his identification and were now somewhat preoccupied with an interesting durasteel girder rested up against the wall. There they stood discussing the metal for quite some time.

My, how refreshing it is to be back!

Morgan had taken the stairs, landing by landing, feet only touching the ground to change direction and leap again. He tore through the doors, seeing Live Wire and Ariel and...

    And...

Morgan's heart sunk like a stone flung into the deep blue ocean. He knew exactly who that was, and what his presence may mean. Incapable of speech, he let his head sink, closed his eyes, and headed back for the door.

OOC: Ariel is Live Wire's adopted daughter. Dont you people read?

    IC:
*LW saw Morgan leave the hangar bay without saying anything to her and she frowned. She felt bad for not being able to warn him beforehand and hoped he was okay. Her first instinct was to run after him and talk to him but she realized that there were more pressing matters to attend to. She would find him later and talk.*
