A challenge with my new weapon

Akrabbim wanders along, simply enjoying the sunlight and reveling in the Light side of the Force. He detects a Force signature... a dark one... and turns towards its source.

    Come out, and face me!

Naga steps from a darkened corner where no sunlight could reach. An evil grin spreads across his face. He looks at the Jedi and smiles even more. "This is will be fun," he thought to himself.

His saber flew from his belt. The Sith caught it in mid-air.

    "I will fight you Jedi."

Akrabbim's blue eyes narrow as he reguards his foe.

    Very well, if you insist.

Akrabbim throws his cloak over one shoulder, revealing an interesting weapon. He is carrying what seems to be a normal sword! The handle is shaped like that of a scorpion's tail (see here). Once the blade is drawn, it is obvious this is no ordinary katana. It is composed entirely of quantum metal. Though it is only sharp on one side, it can still withstand a lightsaber, and is just as sharp. He takes his stance and waits on the attack.

Naga ceases the smile that was once on his face. His eyes narrow until they are slits. His face becomes more hardened and battle-ready.

He stops for a moment to think about the weapon Akrabbim wielded. He sees it is sharp on only one side, and it looks to be quantum metal. Naga guesses that could probably withstand a lightsaber, or he would not have brought it on the battleground. His gaze falls on the scorpian tail handle. He notes to himself to watch out for that. It could be some sort of venom projectile launcher.

The Sith ignites one side of his dual-bladed orange saber with a snap-hiss. He charges at the Jedi feeling the Dark Side energy surge through him. BBN grips the saber with both hands and swings at Akrabbim's side with mi

OOC: I have no idea what you were just saying at the end of your post. Looks cut off, so I'm gonna play off of what I can tell so far...

IC: Akrabbim uses a quick burst of Force speed to jet past the swing. He is in no position to use the blade of his katana, so he uses the scorpion sting on the end of his handle instead. He extends it as he runs by, leaving a one-inch deep gash on BBN's side. It's not enough to disable, but it may at least slow him down. Unfortunately, that move slows him just enough to get caught on the arm by Naga's lightsaber, leaving a small but painful burn.

OOC: Damn EZboard. The last word that was cut off said might.

IC: Naga instantly grabs at his side and feels the blood. There was a deep gash. He ripped off cloth from his garb and tied it around his side to stop the bleeding.

Naga's head jerks up and his gaze falls upon Akrabbim. He growls, but contains his anger. He did not want his anger to overcome him. He was able to control his anger.

The Sith moved his neck from side to side making small cracking sounds. He did the same with his knuckles.

BBN ran at Akrabbim, lightsaber ready. He jumped high and slashed down. The attack was parried. Naga spun around and slashed at Akrabbim's midsection. This attack was also blocked. The Sith delivered many lightsaber attacks, coming from everywhich way. Akrabbim's sleek sword blocked them all. Naga realized that this Jedi was good, real good. He swung his saber to the Jedi's side. The two weapons contacted. His lightsaber made crackling sounds on the sword, but it held firmly. Both were standing there in a stalemate fighting trying to push eachother back with their swords. Naga saw an opening and extended a foot. With added Force strength he kicked the Jedi in the gut and sent him to the ground.

The Sith flipped backwards and kept his balance. He was about 10 ft. away from Akrabbim. He silently waited for the Jedi to make his next move.

Akrabbim regains his feet and readjusts his stance. Simple fighting tactics would not work against this Sith. Perhaps something different... Akrabbim concentrates, projecting a Force image to his opponent. To BBN's eyes, Akrabbim seemed to be holding 5 swords at once! From his elbow down, the outline of his forearms and sword appeared... blurred. It was as if BBN was experiencing double vision, but only on Akrabbim's sword. It should now be much harder to block, simply because it is nearly impossible to tell where the real sword actually is. Akrabbim rushes BBN, anticipating a strike. He blocks the strike with the back of his sword, using the momentum from the clash of the blades to execute a spin manuver, swinging his saber toward BBN's neck...

Naga saw the oncoming saber directed at his neck. He used his right foot and kicked hit left foot hard (tripping himself). The Sith jerked his head back and watched the blade slice over him, slicing the skin off the top of his nose. Naga hit the ground, but didn't stop to feel pain. He swung his leg to the side, tripping the Jedi to the floor.

BBN instantly rolled forward and stood up. He was only 1 foot away from Akrabbim.

    "You can't trick a trickster."

Akrabbim slashed at Naga's feet. the Sith anticipated it and flipped backwards avoiding it. He landed and implanted three pictures of himself attacking the Jedi from all sides. Akrabbim was too preoccupied blocking attacks, he didn't notice the real Naga. That was until BBN decked him in the nose. The Sith spun around and delivered a roundhouse kick knocking Akrabbim to the floor. BBN jumped back and assumed a defencive stance.

Akrabbim staggers back from his wounds, ignoring the pain through the tranquility of the Force. Akrabbim prefers more subtle illusions, so that his opponent will not be as easily able to detect them... He rushes his opponent, making it appear as if his sword is horizontal. Instead, it is actually pointing in the other direction, nowhere near BBN. As BBN raises his saber, he braces for the block, leaning into the moving sword. However, as the saber simply passes through Naga, he falls off balance, leaving Akrabbim just enough time to spin behind him and knee him in the lower spine, further killing his balance. He graps the top of Naga's head, yanking it back, as he swings his sword around to Naga's neck.

Yield! I have no desire to hurt you. The Jedi do not revel in pain and destruction. Let this end peacefully...

Naga stood there, the sword pressing against his neck. If he didn't do something fast, he would lose his head. The Sith thought back to his extensive training sessions with Lord Dagger and Lord Phantom. Then he remembered a move he was once taught. Naga resumed his position. He knew Akrabbim could feel him using the Force.

"It is unfortunate, that you do not have such desires."

Naga's eyes became narrow. He was using an advanced kind of force push. One that Lord Dagger had taught him. Before the knife could be pressed closer to his neck, he used it on Akrabbim. The Jedi Padawan's inexperienced arm couldn't hold back such power. His arm flung back, breaking itself. at the same time. Naga grabbed hold of the Jedi's hand behind his back and flipped him over pounding him on the ground.

    "Nothing will ever end peacefully."

The Sith stretched his arm out and made a choking motion. Akrabbim raised off the floor and into mid air grabbing at his neck. Naga swiftly kicked him in the groin, sending him back down.

Naga placed one foot on Akrabbim's stomach and kept him in place. Using both hands to grip his lightsaber, unlike Akrabbim, Naga leveled it with his face. Akrabbim could feel the burning rod only an inch away.

    "Don't make me destroy you."

I have no desire to be destroyed, today or any day, Sith.

Akrabbim concentrates, using an interesting Force techinque... called Force Confusion. Akrabbim sends a deluge of images into Naga's mind... more than ANY mind, Sith or Jedi, can process. He sees thousands of images, some of them distinct images, others simply random shapes and abstract colors. Akrabbim uses the momentary disorientation to sweep Naga's legs out from under him, and rolls away. Akrabbim knows that he doesn't have long for this fight with a broken arm. He makes a last ditch attack. He holds his sword in his good arm in front of himself and concentrates. He masks himself from the Force, and since he is standing still, even a Force Master couldn't detect him. He creates a second image on the other side of Naga, a perfect replica of himself, injuries and all. Akrabbim uses the aftereffects of the Force Confusion to ensure that Naga did not see which of the Padawans is the real one. One is standing to Naga's left, the other to his right. Even upon the closest scrutiny, Naga cannot see even the slightest difference between the two... except for one thing. The one to his right has an almost invisble trickle of sweat down his nose. The voice he hears seems to come from nowhere and everywhere at once, so that even that cannot be used a clue to the real Akrabbim.

Choose your opponent, Sith. You cannot fight us both.

Naga stands there and studies both carefully. Then he saw something. The one to the right had an almost invisible drop of sweat. Naga let out a laugh.

His lightsaber was still ignited. He Force called a blaster from his boot and jumped forward. He shot at the Akrabbim on the right with his blaster, using the Force to keep an extra eye on the target. He resumed his direction at the left one, which he was about to crash into it.

The blaster bolt travels straight towards Akrabbim's chest... and passes through. The image vanishes just after the bolt passes through, and Naga senses Akrabbim's Force presence return on the other side of him. As he turns towards the right, he sees a flash of black as Akrabbim moves in. Turning his back on Akrabbim was all the time that was necessary. He turned just in time to have the blade pierce his lower right ribcage, piercing the lowest lobe of his lung on that side. Naga feels a searing blast of pain in his chest and is unable to speak. Akrabbim boots him in the chest to free his sword and sends him down. Following him downwards, he places his foot on his sword hand to keep the saber pinned and out of range. He extends his sword and places its tip at Naga's throat.

    You chose poorly.

Akrabbim sheathes his sword and reaches into his cloak, producing a pack of Bacta salve. He tosses it as well as some bandages onto Naga's chest, and quickly backs away. Using Force Speed, he runs as fast as he can with a borken arm to get to the nearest med-bot.

Naga grasps the Bacta Pack until it bursts from the pressure of his hands. He didn't need sympathy or Bacta from a Jedi. He reached one hand over to his flesh wound and growled.

The Sith used the hatred inside and stood up. He limped a few feet and then stopped staring into the sky.

"YOU BAS**** JEDI! I won't stop until I wipe you all out!" Naga screamed as loud as he could.

The Sith limped off into the shadows to repair his wounds. It had been a long day.
