I SOLVED THE MATTER!!! PRAISE ME!!!
Every person has been discussing this, and i have the answer! the question is, how did r2 get up the stairs in wattos shop. i is in ep4. he actually walks in stairs there.

yeah when he goes down to the falcon, hes walking down the steps kind of looks like a pinguin waddling down, look closely cause its quick
ive known that for years, so its not that big news to me at least
