"Our Man Bashir", the episode of Deep Space Nine where our intrepid Doctor is James Bond, real life spy Garak is his unwitting sidekick, and the rest of the cast inadvertently become Bond Girls and Bond Villains because of a transporter malfunction.
Aka, one of the most awesome episodes of Star Trek ever.
