Spoiler-free review of Asylum of the Daleks
I can't say I'm as excited about this series as the last. The trailer didn't get me anywhere near as psyched up as the one for the last series, but a trailer is only a trailer, it's mainly because we'll be saying farewell to some beloved characters and I don't like change! Really, I should be used to change by now, it is Doctor Who after all. That, and Daleks. They have never done it for me before although if that review is anything to go by it looks like the Moff has succeeded in making them more sinister this time around.
That Asylum of the Daleks poster is the coolest thing ever.

As far as I can tell from Facebook, the British Media Track people are looking into it. I guess it comes down to where they can get access to BBC America.. I'm assuming you need cable to watch that channel.

I have my means of getting stuff. Don't worry about it.
To be honest, I found that installment totally underwhelming, and at 54 seconds in length I have to wonder if it was at all worth it. One of the visual gags was ironically impotent and the less said about the hip-hop moment the better. All in all, a bit naff, really.
I've watched all 5 episodes of Pond Life...loved all the stuff with the Ood, of course. But episode 5 left me in a shambles. That isn't supposed to happen. I simply won't allow it.
We're 7 hours and 19 minutes away from the season premiere, according to the countdown clock on BBC America. And I know it's only about 40 minutes away in the UK, so I'm setting up a Tumblr queue and avoiding all social media until 7pm California time.
