Ability: Contact with his skin cells will cause a person to fall into a deep sleep. When he is a sleep he has a projected form, Shadow Walker, who is very real in the waking world, though to him it is only a dream. This form can walk through others dreams and manipulate them, causing the sleeper physical pain. Shadow Walker can fight move eat, just like any other waking person. He can levitate, teleport using shadows, and materialize any object in the real world.

Background: Thomas was born in New Castle, County Down, Ireland to Sean and Linda Seagraves, and has two older brothers. When he was six years old his father died tragically. Having a strong relation with is father Thomas was utterly distraught falling into depression he where slept often. Fearing that her family would not be able to move on with their lives in Ireland they moved to the United States.

Current Situation: After the fight that broke out with the 3-11s, Chelsea ran away from Redencion House and went home to her parents in Ohio, where she is currently trying to forget the crazy awfulness that she didn't expect from life as a mutant.

I have no plans to write Train at the moment, as I have no direction for her to go in. However, a sufficient threat or appeal to her good-naturedness and secret want to enact justice could bring her back as a supporting character for one storyline or another.
