I got Nation by Terry Pratchett from iBooks for 99 cents so I'll be reading that soon. Through a haze of pain killers. :3

Revan by Drew Karpyshyn. This seems to be about Revan's time after the events of KOTOR, and some of the events that lead up to SWTOR.

I'm also part way through Terry Pratchett's Unseen Academicals which reminds me that I need to read Terry Pratchett more often.

I just finished REAMDE by Neal Stephenson, which was excellent. More of a thriller than a Stephenson book if that makes any sense, but I like thrillers and it was a good one. Plus he's one of the few authors who can keep a story going, and going WELL for over 1000 pages. The pacing in this book was unreal.

I have an entire stack of books that I have either started, am reading currently, or will read eventually. These books include, but are not limited to:

Unseen Academicals, Pyramids, and Guards Guards by Terry Pratchett
    Goblin Corps by Ari Marmell
The Stepsister Scheme and Goblin Quest by Jim C. Hines
Test of Metal (Magic: The Gathering Novel) by Matthew Stover
    Contact Harvest by Joseph Staten
and The Adamantine Palace by Stephen Deas.

Got a lot to finish. I just keep buying books and building a stack of books to read.

The first one you should read/finish there is Guards Guards!

I'm also a book hoarder. It's worse since I got my Kindle, since I don't have to find the space to store them all.

Isn't it 2012 by now? *looks at thread title* Just sayin'.

So.. I'm reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin and A Place Called Armageddon by C.C. Humphreys

Soon, I will be reading textbooks again.

And... yeah. Kindle, gawd. I still have this massive desire to own physical copies of books despite it all. There's still space to wedge books in my bookcase, though not properly. O.o

Guards Guards and Pyramids are rereads since I haven't read them in a long time. After losing access to my previous Pratchett library I have started to build my own library and have been reading them as I collect them, or receive them as gifts. I've read the entire series up to Unseen Academics. Has anyone read the newest novel, Snuff?

Does listening count as reading? I don't put aside near enough time to actually read, so I do a lot of audio books while driving and on my walks.

    Currently Reading:

    The Happiness Project
    by Gretchen Rubin

    Currently Listening to:

The Red Pyramid (The Kane Chronicles, Book 1)
    by Rick Riordan

    Seventh Son
    by Orson Scott Card

I have a huge 2012 reading list...most of the fiction is audio and personal growth stuff is actual reading

I do a lot of audiobooks too. They're great for when I'm commuting to and from work I just wish that audible books were cheaper. Sometimes they can be three times the price of an actual/e-book!

I know! The unabridged is ridiculous! I tend to borrow from the library, which has been extremely awesome! They don't have a huge selection, but they are working on it

I've read the 2nd and 3rd books of the Hunger Games trilogy this weekend. Exciting, emotional stuff.

Well, since the beginning of the year, I've read through the first three books of GRRM's 'A Song of Ice and Fire' series - I've two more books to go until I'm caught up. Unless he puts out book six before that happens... which is unlikely.

In addition with other books I blew through my initial goal of 12 books (even those 'Fifty Shades of Grey' books, ugh... such terrible writing!), despite school, so I tacked on another 12. I've got 8 books to my goal and with a little over two weeks left in the year?

It's doable. Especially after I finish with my last exam on Tuesday. I devoured 'Thirteen' by Kelley Armstrong and right now I'm trying to resist inhaling 'Cold Days' by Jim Butcher as I have an exam in two days. O.O

Is that the one where Carol Danvers is Captain Marvel?
It's like that, and that's the way it is.

Yep! It's excellent. Since I'm anticipating a drop off in the quality of Batgirl soon, with Gail Simone getting the boot, I thought I'd try and find another female-lead book to pick up... and Captain Marvel has not disappointed so far.

    Aquaman - The Trench

In which Geoff Johns does the impossible, and makes Aquaman seem like a totally awesome badass.
