In the drop down menu in the bottom right hand corner which lets you go straight to other forums on the site. I was using it before and I noticed the RP Discussion forum wasn't listed.
Not sure if this is a forum bug, quirk, or deliberate (I was of the understanding that all public forums appear automatically in the Forum Jump menu)
On another note, have a group hug (cute emoticon I found on another site).

Forums can be individually removed from and added to the jump menu by site administration. I have added RP Discussion to the Forum Jump.
