I have to admit, Merriman's lawyer is pretty compelling. He makes the best 'he was suckered by tainted supplements' case yet. Still, I don't quite believe it. I've heard it way too many times now. The same thing over and over. Nice try, but I still believe that 90% of the NFL is taking something that they aren't supposed to.

In today's age of personal trainers, dieticians, etc I can't see any Pro Athlete taking something mistakenly anymore, its way too much fo a business for that to happen.
