Cloud City Residance Survey

  1. Ceto Rübezahl
    Ceto Rübezahl
    Greetings, INSERT NAME!

We at the Empire value your enjoyment and quality of life as a resident of CLOUD CITY on IMPERIAL BESPIN. However, to ensure that we are able to continue providing the level of service and protection that you have come to expect from the Galactic Empire, we ask that you take a few minutes to complete this survey, providing a list of the individuals currently residing in your domicile.

    * * *

Ceto Rübezahl | Moff of Greater Javin
With so many disloyal Moffs and governors killed during Empress Tarkin's ascension to the throne, the Anoat, Yarith, and Javin Sectors are now collectively administered as the Greater Javin Sector by Moff Rübezahl. Due to the secession of the Corporate Sector and it's subsequent exclusion from Imperial Space following the Treaty with the Alliance of Free Planets, the Moff is attempting to establish a new Corporate Sector, based out of Cloud City. The Moff administrates the Sector from offices on Cloud City, to avoid showing favouritism towards any of the prior seats of power in the three old sectors.

Ambassador Wrath | Hutt Businessman and Crime Boss
Rath Ouishii Dae of the Ouishii kajidic has made a life out of investing wisely. He invested in the Zann Consortium, and was able to leverage control over what remained after the death of Tyber Zann; and he has a habit of swooping in to purchase struggling businesses, incorporating them into his business empire to buoy them back to productivity - notably Ubrikkian Industries, Baktoid Industries, and Czerka Arms. He has recently acquired the Holiday Towers casino and resort (formerly owned by the Black Sun spinoff, Black Nebula), and is the cousin of Okar the Fabulous.

    • Avar Adamas | Enforcer - Wrath's go-to guy for debt collections and knee breaking. Commands the Defilers, Wrath's shock troops.
    • Nychus Antirr | Operative - Wrath's go-to guy for espionage. A former Sector Ranger whose sector was ceded to the Alliance by the Treaty.

    Chir'daki | All The Things

A ruthless and notorious bounty hunter on permanent retainer for Ambassador Wrath, Chir'daki is also an employee of the Black Sun crime syndicate, and an Apprentice-level practitioner of the dark side, going by the moniker Darth Venator in that guise. He has recently had a complicated identity crisis, and will be taking refuge on Cloud City for the foreseeable future.

    Justin Dechen | Doctor
A civilian doctor with dubious morals (and dubious practices). He offers his services readily to anyone, regarding of their political and legal standing. He is also willing to "cut a deal" in lieu of paying medical expenses, and will often treat people in return for favours - he is owed quite a number at this point.

    Amaros Koine | Mandalorian
The leader of the Koine Clan, Amaros splits his time between Cloud City, Mandalore, and (soon) the Resistance on Corellia. He regards family as a choice and a privilege rather than a blood-guarantee, and regards quite a lot of people close to him as part of that family, many of whom have been officially inducted into his clan.

Victor Montegue | CEO, Czerka Arms
The boss of Czerka Arms and Rothana Heavy Engineering, two companies owned by Ambassador Wrath. Though they are mostly seeking military contracts with the Alliance of Free Planets (because the Empire doesn't really need to buy guns), Czerka is looking to establish production facilities on Cloud City, so they can freely distribute on both sides of the border.

    Achilles Sienar-Santhe | CEO, Santhe/Sienar
An heir to both the Santhe and Sienar families, Achilles runs the Santhe Corporation and it's many subsidiaries. With the Tion Cluster (Santhe/Sienar's home) on the Alliance side of the Imperial border, Achilles is exploring possible business opportunities elsewhere in the Empire - in particular for TIE production.

    Augustus Valorum | Grand Moff
The Grand Moff of the Oversector that encompasses Greater Javin, as well as other regions including the border sector Seswenna. He owns Valorum Shipping, with whom the New Corporate Sector is negotiating, and will be exploring the possibility of establishing a border crossing / trade point with the Alliance somewhere in the vicinity of Cloud City, Seswenna, and Sullust.
  2. Tony Maxwell
    Tony Maxwell
Tony Maxwell | CEO, Maxwell Industries
The rising star in the corporate world, Anthony Maxwell Jr. has taken his father's successful droid manufacturing company and brought it to the galaxy. Primarily stationed on Naboo, Tony leads the galaxy in Eco-Friendly factories and invests heavily into renewable fuel and energy sources. Maxwell Industries primarily sells Class 1, 2, 3 and 5 droids but has recently starting pushing into Type 4 (Combat Droids). The company is known for their Agricultural droids. Although new to the big boy table, Tony has shown that he has what it takes to play with the best of them. Currently his corporate office is on Naboo, but Bespin is where he likes to spend his time hanging out with the other big CEOs and rich elite. May relocate his office to Bespin in the near future.

    Xel-Naga | Enforcer, Black Sun
Sanis' Prent's right hand man, Xel has been around the scene for some time. He was even part of the Black Nebula split but was reassimilated into Black Sun when they bought all of Nebula's assets. Xel has worked under many different Black Sun leaders and has a reputation for brutality, being a bit off in the head, and getting drunk on the job. Not the best guy for delicate operations. He's a hammer, in a galaxy full of nails. His primary duty as an Enforcer is collecting outstanding debts owed to Black Sun.
  3. Emelie Shadowstar
    Emelie Shadowstar
Emelie Shadowstar | CEO, Elysian Acquisitions and co-runner of The Exchange - Your future queen! Okay not really (maybe.). Emelie has been involved in the criminal underworld pretty much forever, though has been pretty quiet about it. Crime boss, business woman, general nuisance to a select few. She's the pretty face of the company and knows it. Also has massive connections to another syndicate on Zeltros that are basically the Borgias. Needs some drinking buddies who aren't her employees.

Sadie K'Vesh | Slicer/Bounty Hunter - Vittore's partner. Formerly the bass player in a band called Captain Sweeg. Kinda beat up and dealing with a lot right now but generally up for just about anything. While she works for Emelie, she can be "loaned out" at the boss' approval.

Elisa Asael | Smuggler - Works for Em. Older than she looks. Had a thing for a Jedi once... still does.

R4-P13 | Grump Droid - Inyos' little droidy. Will be sticking around once the silly Jedi gets here and will be "adopted" by Nen and Sadie

Dominick | Zeltron idiot - Emelie's cousin. Not technically a resident but probably will end up visiting a bunch. Kinda works as a liaison between The Exchange and the Faei Family/Pink Moon Syndicate on Zeltros.
  4. Sanis Prent
    Sanis Prent
Sanis Prent | Black Sun Lieutenant
More or less impressed into service under Vigo Reeouurra after reneging on a job and owing a bit of money, Sanis has slowly worked himself into usefulness in Sasseeri's Black Sun satrapy. Replacing Kal Olorin as the franchise man on Bespin, Prent runs the opulent Cumulus Casino, and from there, governs over Black Sun's interests throughout Greater Javin.

    Okar the Fabulous | Fashionista
Visionary behind the cutting-edge haute couture label OKwear, Okar has moved his label's headquarters to Bespin to take advantage of what he believes to be a fashion trend with an Imperial accent. He is keen to avail himself to public figures such as Tony Maxwell and Moff Rübezahl in order to increase his label's visibility. Somewhat confounding that is his Hutt confederate Rath, who believes he hasn't been living up to his potential.

    Tavi | Delicatessen Proprietor
A simple businessman, so he says. Tavi runs a respectable delicatessen on Bespin, offering a good brunch or lunch service at reasonable prices. He associates with Ambassador Rath more than can be considered coincidence, and it's rumored that there's more to Tavi than meets the eye.
  5. Serrena Alcine
    Serrena Alcine
    Serrena Alcine | Tenloss Syndicate
Former adult holovid star, occasional reconnaissance & acquisition specialist, and assassin. Keeps herself and Tenloss involved in everything gritty and dirty on Cloud City. Possessed of a serious drinking ability and a profound lack of morality. Most definitely not part of the upper crust criminal crowd the way she used to be.

Irridia Solensis | Black Sun Smuggler/Enforcer
Located primarily on Cloud City when not on official Black Sun business, she's Kalail's favorite tattooed redhead and mom to a little girl who looks suspiciously like Sanis. Also known as Wabsy in some circles, she tends to work solo unless requested specifically to do otherwise.

Skylar Trezen | CEO of Ubrikkian Industries
Impeccably attired at all times, Miss Trezen is the CEO of Rath-owned Ubrikkian Industries. A mostly legitimate business venture primarily producing sail barges, landspeeders, cloud cars, swoop bikes, and skiffs through its various subsidiary entities.

    Terrel Ixxent | Imperial Stormtrooper

Having served loyally for the ten years of his enlistment, he was hand-picked to lead the security detail for Moff Ceto Rübezahl and act as his primary bodyguard.
  6. Alienor Vankar
    Alienor Vankar
Alienor Tankreyd | Musician, Martial Art Trainer, Thief, Pirate
Officially, Alienor is a renowned musician (classical and traditional genres for the most part) and martial art trainers. She has used those professions to gain access to her more unofficial and illegal business. She loves the pirate life and is a thief at heart. Heists are a work of art to her and she enjoys stealing things whether a piece of jewelry or a space craft.
  7. Ashin Varanin
    Ashin Varanin
    Ashin Varanin | Trade Consultant
Once based on Annaj, Madame Varanin hails from the Unknown Regions, and knows them just about as well as anyone can. She makes her living by connecting merchants and corporations with partners in the middle of fething nowhere. Grim, wry, and quietly egomaniacal, Varanin is a Force-sensitive, but the discreet kind.
  8. Alanie Herleva
    Alanie Herleva
Alanie Herleva - Black Sun Bounty Hunter
A true wanderer, taking contracts that keep her moving across the galaxy are one way in keeping her trainer from the orphanage on Waskiro from ever finding her. Already having a Black Sun presence on Cloud City only gives her one more sanctuary to retreat to when the need arises.

Denoel Quane - Black Sun Pirate
Raised in a business family, Denoel eventually fell in with the wrong boyfriend who taught her how to truly be free in the galaxy. Now, since his death, she's hired her own crew with the promise of more than enough credits for all of them.

    Madeleia - Black Sun Smuggler
A native of Plagen, one of the worst hubs for criminals in the Kira Run, she and her brother T.J. now run their own business for the Black Sun.
  9. Grym Kandle
    Grym Kandle
Grym Kandle - Black Sun Vigo
Having purchased a modest estate in Cloud City, Vigo Kandle enjoys strolls along the walk ways of Bespin that grant him the best views of the endless clouds on the horizon. He often stops to talk to random passersby and enjoys an occassional meal at the Cumulus Casino. His business takes him away more often than not but he muses his residence in Cloud City as something akin to a "summer cottage." He has had few encounters with other members of the Black Sun or other organizations present but his recent return has spiked his interest enough to see him more out and about than usual.
