IC: Not much is known about the mysterious person known as Joe Shark by most everyone, and Shadow Storm by a select few. He is very quiet, tending to keep to himself most of the time, and when he does speak, it is often in a very soft but deep voice, leading many to believe he is very shy.

OOC: The person known as Joe Shark was once a Sith agent in training under the Emporer Hand program. He did not make the grade, and then disappeared. When he was found in the undercity of Coruscant, any previous sign of force potential had been stripped away. The only sign of what he once was is the yellow color his eyes turn when he is performing an act considered evil in the eyes of the force.
